Picture Day in Forest Park

We have been trying to take pictures of all the kids together for a while. We decided I would try to take the pics instead of spending lots of money or going to a studio where the kids never smile! They turned out really good! We were able to get some of our family for Christmas cards and some of the kids for mawmaw. It was a great day and I'm really happy with how they turned out!

Parker gets Baptized...

On Sunday we had Parker's baptism. We have been planning this for a while, praying the weather would be nice so that we could go outside and I can't believe it, but it was almost 80 degrees! What a beautiful day! We had about 30 people at our tiny house. The day turned out great. Poor little Parker was so overly tired and hot by the end of the day...being passed around to person after person, drinking formula all day and being in an uncomfortable dress. I think by the evening she just wanted her mommy and some peace and quiet! She passed out in just a diaper on the floor that night and slept 6 hours at night....her longest ever! Now we keep joking that she can begin her "walk with the lord." Haha! I will post a pic of Taylor at her baptism and then one of Parker just so you can see how identical they were to eachother at this age! Its scary!
God Bless Baby Parker!!

Taylor turns 3 years old....

I can't believe that our little girl is 3 years old! It went by so fast and it makes me sad to think how fast children grow! She was so cute...the morning of her birthday she came running in and climbed up on the bed and said, "mommy, look at me, I grew bigger! Look at my legs, they grew in my bed and I am 3!" OMG...so cute!
The pumpkin patch birthday party was a great time! Of course it was packed, but we had our own little tent for 2 hours and we did a hayride for everyone at the end. I think everyone had a good time and it was something different. Taylor rode a pony with her cute little cowboy boots on and she now thinks she is a real cowgirl!
Daddy introduced her to Chucky Cheese for the first time on her birthday! He knows I hate that place, so they went without me. Nasty, sweaty, germy kids everywhere...no thanks! So I told him if our kid comes home with the swine flu I will kill him! So far, no flu. We also went to Llwelyn's for dinner with the grandparents. We love that place. It was an eventful weekend because the next day was also Halloween. It turned out to be a great weekend! Now its time to send her off to school!!! Uhhh, I'm gonna be so sad!
